We had a fault with our bedroom light it would arc and it caused the fuse box to short out leaving us without power. I'd called 3 other companies with no luck. When I called Phillip's Services someone was sent within 25 minutes and the issue was fixed in less than an hour. The man they sent was very mindful of my partner who was working nights and made as little noise as possible as he slept downstairs. Followed all the covid guidelines and was polite. Didn't even mind my overly curious cat. I would use this service again and will recommend to others.

Used Phillips Services to install an electric oven, shower, and to replace a pull cord with a switch. Service was fast and very professional, Tom dealt with a number of problems that occurred and offered good advice. Very happy with the quality of the work, tidy and punctual. Was in need of an electrician to respond asap to replace a light fixture that broke. Contacted this company, informed them of the problem and my need to have someone attend as soon as due to having two small children. They managed to fit me in that day. Their electrician who was sent was skilled, well mannered and with the current COVID pandemic followed all the current guidance in regards to safety. Big praise their professionalism and customer service. Will most certainly be using Phillip Service (Wales) Ltd in the future.
We used Phillips Services to firstly rectify an electrical fault and then to install a new distribution board. They were on time , left no mess and very professional.
