Tamsin took care of everything from start to finish and was happy to enquire about things with the crematorium on my behalf and accommodate our requests. On the day of the funeral, Darren and the team were very professional and respectful, and just so nice. It was a lovely send off for my dad, they made an extremely difficult time so much easier for me. Thank you for all your help. I highly recommend their services.

Phillips Funeral Directors made a very difficult time so much easier. From start to finish they were kind, understanding but thorough and very professional. The initial meeting was handled with sensitivity and they went through all the stages I needed to address, contacting the Church and handling all that side for me. On the day itself, the funeral went exactly as I had envisaged with all Phillips personnel in place on time and knowing exactly what to do - all the while paying attention to the family to make sure everyone was settled. They were most reassuring. I can thoroughly recommend Phillips to provide excellent service.

Kerry,Darren and the team made a difficult time a lot better took control of my dads funeral . Kerry organized everything from the beginning to end even taking time to ring a few days later to check if we was ok . Highly recommended

My brother and I cannot fault the service we received from Philips in any way whatsoever. Both our mother and father had taken out funeral plans and in January 2014 and March 2017 we sadly had reason to use them. Our parents could not have chosen a better company to deal with their affairs.The professionalism, respect, care and compassion of the staff we dealt with was faultless.
