Schon vor der Buchung kompetente und schnelle Beratung zu den benötigten Fahrrädern. Sehr nette Betreuung bei Ankunft vor Ort, die Räder waren bereits vorbereitet, so dass nur noch Pedale und Sattel montiert werden mussten (selbst mitgebracht). Selbst solche Details, wie ein Halter für das Garmin wurde einfach und kostenfrei drangeschraubt. Ein Defekt meines Rades auf einer Tour wurde durch den Einsatz eines Service-Fahrzeugs sehr zügig gelöst. Der Fehler konnte vor Ort behoben werden, es wäre aber sogar ein Ersatzfahrrad für mich an Bord gewesen. Und einen tollen Tourentipp gab es auch noch gratis :-) Kurzum: Sehr tolles Team, toller Service, sehr gute Räder - wir werden sicher wieder einmal Gäste von Philipps Bike Team!

Super Rennrad Ferien bei Philipps Bike Team verbracht. Der Service ist gut, die Touren gelungen und die Guides humorvoll, engagiert und mit Freude bei der Sache . Die Fahrräder sind im super Zustand, der Service bei Reparaturen oder sonstigen offenen Punkten, hervorragend und entgegenkommend.

She who works there is unfriendly and cruel. Bad service to the customer. Why do you hire anybody like that ??? Employ someone who likes their job and people!!!

We had rented bikes and very explicitly asked also for helmets, but they didn’t give us any. Their excuse was that customers don’t use helmet in Mallorca. The girl who was in charge was unfriendly and had no knowledge about bikes. Unfortunately, my sister fell down her bike and got seriously injured her head. I recommend DO NOT rent bike from an unprofessional bike store.
