not organized. They must be more efficient in providing a REAL QUALITY service to all the filipinos here in Italy. They must invest in technology, (ex: launch an App), invent new strategies to satisfy the clients. Some employees are kind but there are others who arrogantly assist the OFWs at the desk... summing up: strive in reaching a GOOD QUALITY SERVICE

Gone are the days when one will witness some of our kababayan being yelled out, rudely treated or worst humiliated, Improvement on customer/public service on the Consulate has been admirable, very efficient, helpful and accommodating. Health protocols are well observed and staff treated you with respect and professionalism. I have seen the Consul General, Consul and vice Consul being very hands on, on their approach.
