Just tried Philip Warrens for the first time and will definitely be going back again. The joint of beef was the tastiest I have had in a very long time and the Cornish sausages were so good that we will be buying them for friends and family to try when they come down in future

... went in today to order Xmas beef ... was served by the most helpful completely unhelpful person ever ... clearly didn't feel he would supply me with what I wanted and despite me giving him numerous chances to sell me something he barely deigned to even look at me ... so glad they have that much custom that they can pick and choose who they will serve, sadly we will look for alternatives and recommend that others do to ... only given them the 2 stars because the meat looked good
