Philip Tweedie and Company (Portstewart)

Philip Tweedie and Co (Portstewart) gave an excellent service when we recently sold our house. They kept us informed at all times with regards to buyers and later when the deal was made they kept us up to date with the solicitor's progress. We found them to be very pro-active and would have no hesitation in recommending them. The staff where very helpful at all times.

I bought my house through Phillip Tweedie and I was so impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. I worked with Elaine particularly and she was great. She replied to all my emails promptly and kept me informed the whole way through the process. I was a first time buyer, and buying during the covid restrictions, so I had lots of annoying questions she she answered them all for me which was so helpful!

All queries were handled very promptly and efficiently. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very underhanded dealings, after having made a verbal agreement with Philip on a property, and having following conversations assuring me that i had the property leading me to handing in my notice with my current property. After two weeks of waiting for the paper work to be sent through, i rang there office and had left a message with the girl who was handling the lease. After another two days of no reply i called into the office, ONLY TO BE NOW TOLD THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN THE PROPERTY TO ANOTHER CLIENT!!!!. They had not even called me for a counter offer or even had the decency to let me know that they had removed the listing this I find very underhand and untrustworthy from what I thought was a reliable company.
