I recently purchased a car from them the website sales literature recorded the vehicle as having had one previous owner. However when then log book arrived from the DLVA it showed the car had two previous owners. Me being the third. I also had several servicing issues.Vehicle supplied with one key I had to pay 70 for them to supply a second key. Daylight running lights not working when I picked the car up. Had to repair them myself. Just given excuse after excuse

Superb company and a wide choice ... always bought our cars here ... not pushy and very helpful. They are always busy and they sell lots of cars but they never hurry you unlike the main dealers. No pressure and very relaxed.

I bought an Audi and was assured timing belt had been changed, having looked in to it there is no documentation to support this. Had some other issues which I had to chase them over several months for, came to nothing with very slow and poor communication and therefore gave up in the end. Asked if anything can be done about the timing belt to which I was told it's my word against theirs but can pay circa 600 for it to be done, very disappointing. My advice if buying a car from them, do not take their word, check everything yourself and have all conversations via email for assurance.
