Quick and efficient. The line was decent, enough time to look at the menu and get your order ready. You stay by the window till they make your food. I ordered about a dozen cheese steaks paid and then went to the next window for fries and drinks. I ordered the whiz wit (cheese steak with cheese whiz and onions). The proportions were just right and the taste is consistent throughout the sandwich, you get a taste of everything with each bite. All the workers were wearing masks and gloves. The cheese fries were good too.

Google Philly cheese steak and you get a lot of information. None of them call it the best cheese steak but this is a Philly landmark for a reason. I love their steak. The roll. Onions are cooked perfectly. The pizza fries are fantastic. Got my \provie wit\ and pizza fries and I'm in heaven.

Love it! Almost a go-to when I go to Philly. Such an amazing city. Atmosphere is great. So fresh always. Bread is fluffy, steak is tasteful and cheese is so good!

Well after waiting my whole life to try Pat's and Gino's to find out who was the best, I'd have to say that Pat's has more flavor but the bread is too hard. Geno's was wet and sloppy with less flavor and better bread. However, after traveling all the way from Michigan for this, I must say I was quite disappointed by BOTH! I never knew that I grew up actually eating the best cheese steaks right here in Flint, Michigan at Big John's Steak and Onion! We put those guys to SHAME. You've got to try it to know.

Yeah the cheese steak was good BUT the hot peppers are the best thing I've had in Philly. I'm visiting from Arizona and I'm used to hot peppers being so hot they fey your taste buds. These Philly peppers were so full of deliciousness with a hint of spice. I would have bought a jar of these and ate them all day. Let me know if they can ship me some peppers.
