.My last experienced was a repair on my washing machine. There was a difficulty in washing clothes recently so we called the warranty company. The dispatcher on the phone was very helpful and was able to locate a service vendor for my repair within just 4 hours. Shortly thereafter the technician was at my home and working on our washer. The technician they sent was fantastic and very friendly. He repaired my washer in a mater of minutes and was very accommodating!

They’re unresponsive and all they do is make promises that they don’t keep. I think they’re only interested in people signing up for policies so they can get paid but don’t want to spend any money to help the customers that keep their company going. I already know they won’t last long. I filed 2 claims, I’m waiting for a check for one and an approval for another. Both claims are past their 10-15 day waiting periods and now I can’t get ahold of anyone. I’ve been calling for 4 days straight and haven’t gotten a response yet. I don’t understand how you can call a company as many times as I have and not get an answer. I’m truly puzzled. I’m going to bring this up to my lawyer to see if he can help me settle this situation.
I can’t say enough good things about my home warranty company. Our claims were always dealt with quickly and without hassle. We have recommended to neighbors and friends and will continue to recommend!
This company do not response your phone call or email. I purchased for three house home warranty from this company. When I call or my tenant call for service they did not answer my phone call always rings few time than recording play and than it says all the representative are on other line leave the message; but no body call you back. This is really fraud company I will suggest not to buy any thing from this company . Very bed bed people and they all are lairs.
