Dr. Shan is a very great Doctor. Always willing to listen, always on time , and he cares about his patients !

I'm not sure how Dr. Shan interacts with his patients here, but at Merakey he has sometimes been on his phone during appointments making me feel like he really doesn't care. Also, he is only there once a week and when I was having a really hard time with anxiety he tired to make me wait 7 weeks for an appointment forcing me to go somewhere else for help. In my opinion that doesn't seem like a good doctor to me.
Have Medicare insur not two many drs take this only 3 in NE PHILA.I think that's tells the whole story
Very caring very professional doctor
He's been my doctor for about 2 years no major problems to report I always can get an appointment when I need one he'll even squeeze me in or take me as a walk-in if needed.
