I'm trying to pay online a ticket but cant get the correct web frustrated

Went in for regarding a ticket. Checked in on a paper as advised. Greeted in lobby and asked for what I was there for as I sat there. Man stood over me. As I'm getting told what process will be done, theres two other employees telling other people their situations so it was a cluster of many conversations happening at once in a super small lobby. One guy employee was Loud. Beyond Distracting. It was hard concentrating on what I was being told.
