The portion of the food was far beyond my expectation. Munster cheese with cumin is a good desert. I gave three stars because the baeckeoffe was not very impressive to me as a first-time diner. It seems to me as a big pot of tasteless stew. Besides the waiters were not fast in response.

Very nice place with traditional design and hearty food. Very tasty and big portions, good menu. I was surprised by the number of desserts. I highly recommend traditional Baeckeoffe, one serving is enough for two people. Very cute place for family, big companies or romantic evening for lovers. I give four stars, because the staff was not attentive enough and had to be reminded several times.
This was our favourite resteraunt when visiting Strasbourg and we loved the traditional design of the restaurants interior. It creates a wonderful warm atmosphere. We ordered the \Traditional & Vegetarian Baeckeoffe\ and a salad for two. All were delicious! The staff were exceptional! We'll be back!
MICHELIN LEVEL FOOD! Super delicious! Must order the baeckeoffe itself, they have the package including appetizer and dessert for an affordable price! I chose a salad with sausage for the appetizer and vanilla choux with chocolate sauce for the dessert. It's located in the Petite France area of Strasbourg.
Good atmosphere, great food, and good value. The portions were quite a bit larger than we expected and everything tasted amazing! The outdoor seating is covered which is great that you can still sit outside if it is raining. Servers were friendly and the view was still good even though it is out of the main tourist area. That is probably why prices were much more affordable than other restaurants in the area. We would love to go back if we make it back to Strasbourg.
Really enjoyed the sauerkraut and meat platter. Service was fantastic. Flat bread pizza looked awesome.

Prepare yourself for big portions. If i'd known i would be sharing with my friend. What i eat was great! Baeckeoffe with fish &green salad& profiterole Profiterole is serviced walnuts ice-cream.
