Great experience. COVID didn't slow them down, if anything the mandatory appointments have made it more efficient. My agent did great, even helped me with a form error on my part.

In and out in less than an hour great to have an appointment very courteous service people were great
I thought by making an appointment the process would have been faster than normal but nope it wasn't. Unfortunately their computer system went down, statewide, and would not be back up today. No problem things happen and they were nice enough to reschedule our appointments. Wish the process of what paperwork that's needed for what was more understandable and posted or told to us when checking in OR as a reminder when making the appointment online. Customer service was very helpful and professional but it is true, that if you are rude then you will get rude back and some others there were finding that out. Just be nice and understanding. Tip: don't go there if you have other things to do. Clear your day or make this your last thing on your \to do\ list. 3 stars for the confusion on the correct paperwork but 5 stars to the employees.
Quick in and out with the reservation system. Just make sure you bring the correct paperwork
