We've just been cut up by a Pewsey Vale coach driver on the A3 between Petersfield and Portsmouth. The Driver was terrible weaving in and out of other vehicles on an extremely wet road surface. I would not have felt safe as a passenger.

The Funk Phonomena

Pewsey Vale Coaches are a terrible representation of a company. Working on behalf of GWR to provide rail replacement buses on the first of January 2019, they were meant to offer a rail bus replacement between Trowbridge and Warminster, calling at Westbury. Unfortunately, due to driver incompetence, Westbury station was bypassed completely on the A350, direct to Warminster, which means 17 year old women being trapped in Warminster, alone, in the dark. When confronted about this, the driver then tried to shift blame. Avoid.

I don’t normally comment about companies as I own a haulage company and bad reviews are not good for a company however on this occasion I feel I should the driver today through bishop Cannings at about 08.30 nearly drove me off the road causing me to serve and damage my car in the hedges, as I didn’t want to hit the coach as it would of hurt, the driver looked liked he was looking at his mobile phone it was quite a shock for me as I thought he could see me. For a 16 plate coach And the price for this compared to one of my lorries, Pewsey vale you need to invest in some decent drivers as this was a disgrace especially on the school run.

Terrible company only matched by the poor driving standards of its drivers, they think it is acceptable to damage a parked car then drive away and deny all knowledge.

Coach journeys can be so tiresome, ghastly and awkward. Carl was an absolute legend. There is not much more I can say to that (but I will). He was so understanding and helpful. I (or we) could not have asked for a more patient, helpful and tireless leader to Paris and back. A huge thank you to him and your company.
