Brilliant boot fair. So well run and set up! Toilets. Easy parking. You can get a nice refreshing cuppa during a \pit-stop\ from purchasing all the many bargains always on offer! Lovely views across to the Castle and Downs etc. Perfect!
Usually s great boot sale. The weather was not great last time I went but still picked up a bargain and the husband was happy because the burger van was there. When it is sunny it is great boot sale to go to

A really nice boot fair. Not too crowded, they are generous with their space, not too big you have to rush to get it all in, and your not herded along in a stream of people. It's open farmland so the breeze blows freely. There's plenty of bargains and ice-cream and hot food available and they keep the toilets clean. This is my favourite boot sale West of Hastings. Friendly vendors, always up for a giggle.
