Unlike some other local shops where if you’re not buying a new bike or spending vast amounts of money the staff here really looked after me & got me out of a tight spot! Great shop! The owner (Guy) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He took his time to listen to my partner's needs and helped her try several helmets before she decided on the right one. He also allowed her to ride her new bike up and down the street before she purchased it - at a very reasonable price too. Really feels like a proper old-fashioned bike shop, with proper old-fashioned customer service. Very impressed, couldn't hope for a better service and will absolutely be recommending this business to my friends and family.
Excellent bike shop in Eastbourne, The guys fixed my electric bike and serviced my road bike. Very happy with the service and results. Will definitely be using again
Guy and his team at Cycle Tech are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a very dry sense of humour, which is amusing once you realise that it is just their way. Guy is as honest as the day long and will only fix your bike if he knows that it is worthwhile for you to do so. As such I trust him completely.
