My Daughters and I visited Pets Corner for the first time last week as we are getting a new puppy in a couple of week, the lovely Grace was very helpful with all buying new toys and treats. On all of our visits to pets corner at ullesthorpe we have been greated by happy and very knowledgeable staff. Grace and her team have an abundance of knowledge on all aspects of puppy care and equipment and are more than happy to spend time with you to make sure you are happy with the product you are buying. Personal fitting service too for puppy collars and harnesses which is great as you can never know how big you need for a puppy.
Very knowledgeable, never try and up sale. Always seem to want the best for our dogs. Repeat Visitor won't go anywhere else for dog food.
Fantastic knowledge from the friendly staff here. No hesitation in recommending certain products over others in line with what I want best for my cats. I didn't get a sense of pushing any product over another for merely sales purposes but a genuine need to understand what I wanted.
Visited the store looking for a suitable harness for our 18wk old Border Collie pup. Emma was on hand to help us with fitting and plenty of good advice on the type of harness that would fit our needs. Cooper ended up being kitted out with a matching lead and harness. So impressed with the service given, Emma was very helpful and certainly knows her stuff. Can't thank her enough and highly recommend visiting Pets Corner!! Will be back next month for matching collar
