Really friendly, knowledgeable staff. I recently went in for some advise as my cat had gone off his food. One of the young ladies suggested a more nutritious food and we tried a couple of different brands. We found a food that he now loves and his coat has improved. I would highly recommend Pets Corner in Alton.

Amazing chaps going above and beyond to try and narrow down my dogs reaction or allergy which may not even be food related but must do process of elimination. Wednesday on phone stated they speak to a nutritionist regarding the composition of the food. Come in on Friday and with very little reminding they jumped up and immediately knew who I was. Nice to have a shop go to that level of service and in-depth knowledge rather than just winging it. They may be a little bit more expensive than bigger well known stores but frankly the service you get MASSIVELY out weighs that. I am not local often so always stock up food here.

I was having trouble convincing my elderly border terrier to eat anything but treats! Was recommended the symply range ... not a brand I had seen before.... she really liked it! My next stop there is to try and find diet food for my garfield style feline. The staff really were informative on the products they sell

Very helpful with our new puppy. Great advice on training and high quality food and treats. Good selection of toys at reasonable prices too. Also very friendly. I can't fault them.

Not knowing anything about cleaning out my Mums fish pond, I popped in to ask for some advise and found the staff friendly and very knowledgeable. The shop has onsite parking, which is useful if you want to pop in and out because local parking is 1 for the first hour!
