The staff in here are amazing, I've been going here for a while now as I have various animals and all of the staff are so helpful. The shopping experience is always so personal. We recently got a rescue dog and needed to get supplies. He decided to 'mark his territory' on the scales (sorry), but the staff found it amusing and were absolutely fine about it. They helped us fit him for a harness and gave him treats. I think this is now our dogs new favourite place and is going to be his weekly treat visit. (Hopefully with no more marking of territory). Thank you and enjoy the donuts. (meeko is officially exhausted)

The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a good selection of products that whilst more expensive and lesser known, the food items are significantly better quality and contain more meat, fish and nutrients etc than any popular well known brand-named products. My cat Tigger is a great fan!
Major loves this place, the staff are fantastic they are able to help with all my enquiries. The manager (Charlie) is a big asset to the company, so pleasant and helpful we enjoy our visits
