I have visited Pets Corner since it was located to our local Garden Centre. It's always very clean and tidy and well stocked. They have high quality products as opposed to the usual supermarket cheap pet foods etc, which does mean that it tends towards being expensive as a company but you get what you pay for. I've bought everything from cat scratchers (really good quality) to food here. The staff are always friendly and helpful and patiently listen to stories about my cat which is nice, especially when my previous cat was sick and I was worried about her. They seem knowledgeable about the products and can usually guide me towards something suitable for my needs. My only criticism and it's not about this particular store, but rather Pets Corner as a whole and that is that the prices. As mentioned previously they're quite high and there's not very many offers so for 5 stars I'd like to see more offers available. I have just discovered that you can get a full refund for any food that your pet won't eat. This is a great thing as I have a new cat and am going through the usual try every brand on the market before I find something she'll eat. Previously I was well out of pocket - but the local cattery had tons of donated food from me! Well done for that Pets Corner, very impressed by the idea!

Really helpful recommending which raw dog food. Ordered in for me & telephoned to let me know it was ready to collect. Great service & great food. My dog is doing so much better on this new diet
I wanted to get some toys for my new puppy, that wouldn't be destroyed in minutes. Rachel took the time to recommend toys and chews that would be suitable....unfortunately he still managed to destroy 2 of the toys I bought, but I was very grateful for the time and advice I was given.
With very little knowledge on what lead we needed for our puppy Vicky took the time to talk through them with us and let Oscar try them on and walk around the shop to make sure it was the right one for him. Brilliant customer service, we will be returning in the near future.
Always receive a friendly and very helpful service from the staff. Nothing is too much trouble!
