I went to the Wantage branch for help & advice on several items for my dog. He’d been very sick over Christmas and it was partially down to the food he was eating, which I’d bought from a different company. The staff went through various food options with me and I’m happy to report he is now a different dog with a happy tummy. He also needed a new rain coat for when it rains hard & is windy. He gets wet & his coat takes hours to dry. He can be nervous about coats. The staff were brilliant with him, again they knew their products. He tried on several coats & was calm & was a good boy because they knew how to handle him. He needed a new bed too. Having bought one from a different supplier, that he didn’t like, & I can’t return, I was worried I’d end up with another one that was useless. They reassured me that if he didn’t like it I could return it. He loves it. Whenever I go in the shop the staff are bright & helpful, always there to help. Thoroughly recommend them for your pets needs.

They don't have anything for reptiles so wasn't suited to my needs, it is also quite pricey. Other than that good.
