Use this place all the time. Today they have no own brand rabbit food in small or medium size. Empty shelves and nothing expected for four days. The 10 kilo bags were there but they won't break them up. You can't just feed a rabbit another product, it has to be done gradually. Off to Hove after work as they seem to have some.

Never had a problem here. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. You do sometimes have to wait while they aid other customers, but they do get round to you as quick as possible. This place is reasonably priced and does have free parking. Not used other in house services yet. Downside is getting out of car park after visits due to the traffic light system.
Took my dog Willie in showing sings of poison , they sent me Up to hospital in Storrington, he had an overnight stay was very tired , 3 days later back to normal , they saved his life
The staff were welcoming and friendly. It was our first time as we were getting our pet the next day and they offered advice and guidance without trying to sell us stuff we didn't need. They also freely gave us instructions on how to download the app to receive a 10% discount on our purchase. Great experience overall.
We got our 2 boy rats from the store at Newhaven, they are obviously well breed and very used to humans, they nearly always want to play and are very loving and up for adventures. some care and consideration must have been taken to produce such cool rats so a five stars from me.
