I've been in today with my frenchie Allan, the lady I spoke to about his weight has worked in the worlington store for 11 years! My frenchie had an accident on the floor (he's only young,) the staff cleaned it up, no big issue, all staff were friendly, polite and gave Allan attention

The staff are friendly and helpful but Absolutely appalled to be be told blue light key workers DO NOT get a discount unless your NHS.. I suppose FIRE, POLICE etc are not classed as a key workers to pets at home.. I find it insulting that in this pandemic situation that One workforce is signaled out.. Not only blue light but what about the refuse workers, carers, lifeboat, supermarket staff who work tireless during the pandemic. . Take a hard look at yourself this is a disgrace. I agree NHS are key but what about the other support & people that are at risk.

Helpful staff, just wish they stocked more quantity of sizes of dog coats. Otherwise great place.
