Very helpful staff. Recently got a kitten an Jo was very helpful with what items to get and how to use the app. Went back today and Kathy was lovely aswell.

Good stock of basic items. Still dont like p,a,h advice on fish keeping. Heard someone told they could buy fish for a brand new tank a week after setting it up which is terrible advice for a novice.
