Pets at Home Waterlooville

I often go into the waterlooville store and I am always pleasantly surprised by how amazing and accommodating the staff are! Kerry is a very knowledgeable young lady and knows everything about animals- especially aquatics. She is an asset to the team. The store is clean and tidy and the animals are kept in a great condition.

First health visit for our new puppy. They were all brilliant at vets4pets made us feel very welcome. All staff in store were friendly and chatty too. Do some great deals if you are getting a new puppy, always plenty of advice.

Courtney was extremely helpful and her puppy knowledge was immense! We bought pretty much everything based on her recommendations and felt a lot more confident walking out than we did when we went in! (New puppy parents!)

Normally I would rate this pet store higher. On this occasion iformation supplied by a colleague ref a new Syrian hampster was inaccurate. I ended up buying a play pen that the pet escaped from in less than 2 mins. Trip back to a store required for a refund.
