Very helpful and friendly staff, good range of products. Can clearly see the staff genuinely love animals. Easy to access store, always find parking easy. Our dog loves visiting and so do we.

Closed early due to covid so felt a little rushed, not that convenient when you're just finishing work. Had what I needed and good offers and helpful staff.

All good and reasonably priced. I went for the fish products, and here's the thing: a lit of other aquatic and pet stores are only open for essential food items and strictly no browsing, but P@H are fine with you just getting whatever you need, even if it's not food.
