We adopted a hamster here 2 weeks ago. The lady was very helpful and informative . They even called us a day later to see how we were getting on and if they could help or advise. Lovely customer service
This is our local pet store. The staff have always been polite and helpful, on a previous visit ringing other pets at home in the area to locate the new car flap we needed. Today we were getting new fish, and the staff were very helpful with advise about managing a new tank.
A friendly and loving atmosphere even in these troubled times. There are always helpful staff willing to give you advice on your pets, provide you with suggestion on new diets for your pet, as well as oogle at your pet and tell them how cute they are! The vets 4 pets team are brilliant and again always very helpful and providing service with a smile. A great store willing to go that extra mile. A great experience and will whole heartedly recommended this store to my friends and family.
Got some great advice from the colleagues in regards to which food would be best suited for my old Border Terrier. Great service, thanks
