Pets at Home Poole

Had to visit the Vets within Pets at home. Ample parking. Staff all extremely kind & helpful. Vets part everyone outstsnding- caring kind will try their hardest to help.

Free parking, aquariums and fish, good range of small pets and accessories. Adoption centre, vets. It's a popular pets at home and the queues can be rather large at times. Experience let down by no self-serviceand the fact the loyalty points doesn't reward as much as you would like.

I get social distancing but they're the only place I've been to that has a mandatory only one person per household rule at the moment (are they not aware that isn't always possible) at least that's what they told me because, I saw a family where it was clear at least there was at least two adults walk out the shop after me and my sister where turned away. The staff were incredibly rude. By all means look after your pets but take your shopping elsewhere its not worth the hassle.

Great staff service, but seen customers not wearing any face masks, covid-19 regulations should be strongly carried out. Great team at Poole Branch, but management should make sure that customers carry out full covid procedures. Face masks need to be worn by all customers!!!.
