Its an absurd that I have paid vaccination for life and now they are denying to vaccinate my dog saying its because lockdown! I will sue you for this if my dog gets ill within the next month! There is no government instructions to stop vaccination. I have researched and the restrictions says that Vets should work as normal. Where is the legal rights you have to stop vaccinations please? Where is the government approval for this? Because according to GOV all vets are considered essential. They are doing this on purpose so animals get ill and they gain more money with emergency appointments and medication. If you delay a dogs vaccination is no surprise they get ill! This is unacceptable! Please refund my money back so I can bring my dog to another vet or vaccinate my dog as its my legal right as I paid for a service that you are now illigally denying to deliver! Other vets are still vaccinating differently than your lies you said on the phone!

Went to buy some stuff for the kids pigs, came out with more pigs. Avoid this place if you have a soft spot for little fluffy animals. Staff are friendly, shop is clean and there is adequate parking
Amazing shopping experience today. Firstly a really helpful man helped me with a fish pump and then we are having a new puppy and Dale informed me about the VIP puppy club. What a fab store manager. Major credit to Pets and home. We are going back to see him once we have our puppy Lofty to buy some more things. Dale you are amazing
Incredibly friendly, helpful and polite staff. Best display of customer service I have seen in any Peterborough store. All staff are also very knowledgeable and the visit exceeded our expectations when buying our first pet.
