My first visit here, and I will definitely will be coming back. The staff are really helpful, has it's own cat section on the 1st floor. I had a million questions (new cat owner) and they were happy to answer all my questions. The Vets on the top floor were really friendly and gave me loads of tips and advice. The young lady at the till recommended to join the VIP Club and got a load of free stuff and nice discount on my 1st shop

Click and Collect waste of time as had to wait in shop.May as well have just got what i wanted in the shop while i was there.The whole point of click and collect is to not go in the shop due to Covid.Why dont they make it safer for people that dont want to go in the store and have click and collect at the back entrance.I wont be doing click and collect online again.
A very good examples of pets at home very friendly staff and very helpful. A wide selection of general pet store fish and small animals all very healthy, the fish the are especially vibrant and colourful with no dead fish in the tanks.
It's ok but very expensive, staff are not as helpful as they could be. As a gift my daughter purchased a monthly flea treatment for my dog and cat, the advisor totally ignored me when I spoke, even though they are my pets! Bad mannered!
