Pets at Home Northampton

In and out doors get largely ignored but it has everything you need for youre pet and and the staff are friendly enough. Don't understand why companies get their staff to push the loyalty cards so much though. If I don't have one and don't ask about it when you ask if I do then I obviously don't want one!

Always nice to visit Pets at Home, but this time was extra special as we were buying my little ones first fish. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, and also polite and efficient. A credit to Pets at Home.

We now live in daventry, but our local pets at home has some very unhelpful and uninterested staff. However.... northampton has great customer service, very helpful staff and can't fault them.

Good choice of items, reasonably priced too. Staff seem to know a lot about all the items and animals on sale. Very helpful and friendly. Great advice on products too.

Went to get a harness for my 7 month old cockapoo ask for assistance and a lovely girl help me with fitting bought a 3 peaks harness. Very helpful assistants in this store
