Pets At Home North Shields

Great experience at Pets at Home North Shields this week. I was looking for puppy and dog products. There was lots of choice. All the staff were very helpful but I would like to mention Steven. He was super busy on the shop floor but on several times gave his time to answer my questions. No question was too much trouble and I learnt a lot - he wasn't just trying to sell me things. He made sure that all the items I had selected were appropriate for our puppy. Fantastic customer service.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable, we needed a harness as you can see she loves it!!They helped a lot.

Lovely place to shop! Was looking for a harness for my french bull dog who didn’t fit anything and one of the staff members went through all of them for us until we found one! So Thankyou so much!

Good store but like all the other stores if its not on shelf we don't have it can not believe these stores don't carry surplus stock

My daughter loves to look at the animals but we don't buy anything as we don't have pets. The animals seem happy enough. The fish are a bit hit and miss - they either have all the lights off or stickers over the glass or everything open so you can't actually go near. Not sure what's up with that. The staff seem friendly enough. It's a bit expensive.
