They did a great job of grooming my long haired dachshund. My dog Lance loves the staff there.
They sell a lot of good products but also some products that are totally not right for small animals like too small cages and unhealthy food and treats. Just like most pet shops. Do your research for your pet's sake.

Visited and purchased a large cat toilet - one with a lid which reduces the spray of litter. It’s especially valuable for those with cats who like to energetically throw around litter before and after the main event. Upon purchasing the cat toilet, my wife and I were disappointed to discover the one we had selected, purchased and brought home was damaged. A gaping hole was in the bottom left corner AND it looked as if it had been demonstrated with the use of litter and inadequately cleaned prior to our said purchase. Swallowing the disappointment caused, I brought back the cat toilet to the store. Instantly they switched it out for a new one and apologised profusely. This was a bad situation made good with simple but appreciated customer service.
