Staff always helpful although not many in store due to restrictions but always helpful and respectful one thing I would point out a woman or man can go in with three or four children two adults together turned away I wanted aquarium products and wife wanted vets so that was a frustration but we understand apart from that a great service

It is as always, a great place to visit. Very friendly staff especially Laura who goes out of her way to assist us keep our 8 month old Goldie happy. Today was for a jacket and harness. She made sure of correct fitting. Didn't give up until we and Mylo we're happy. She is a credit to your company
Staff are always nice and helpful. Absolutely love all of the products they sell however they are expensive. My puppy loves going in and looking at all the rabbits etc and fish swimming around. Great to take the kids to look around at the animals. Also, this pets at home has a vets for pets which is always handy. I wouldn’t recommend the 3 peaks reflective range as they aren’t reflective at all. I would recommend all of the other 3 peaks items though as they are good quality.
Although didn't have what I needed in stock the staff were very helpful and very COVID safe
I use the groom room for my big dog and the service is fantastic
