Took my puppy for his 1st jab, the lady on resp for the vets was amazing so helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough, Another story for the girl on the checkout, not helpful at all, wanted to change so food, ask her were it was she just pointed over there not helpful at all, she let the store down

The team at Pets at Home in Launceston are always friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and generally well stocked. Situated in a small retail park, there is ample parking just outside and an in-store affordable veterinary practice, Vets4Pets, too. The store is also one of the many adoption centres for 'Support for Pets', a registered charity that offers a safe haven for abandoned rabbits, guinea pigs and other small animals until they find their forever home.

Helpful staff very friendly always smiling and got most things for my dogs, i felt safe at this time that means a lot.

Bought a hamster and the staff were thoughtful, thorough and caring. All round good experience.
