Pets at Home Kirkcaldy

Took my 2 yr old granddaughter in today. Staff very abrupt when she wanted to look at the hamsters & fish as most inquisitive toddlers do. Made to feel very unwelcome. All this just to buy a goldfish. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but common sense also needs to be used

Pets at home is a lovely place if you want info on anyone of your pets, I have had no problems from any of my pets I have gotten from there non of them have had any issues! These are 2 of my reptiles I have gotten from there and are perfectly healthy!!

Buying a fish should be enjoyable and exciting however, the amount of things required is ridiculous. 'Fish points' for each fish. Ridiculous.

Always a friendly service from the staff, distancing measures in place. Staff very \on it\ with keeping the counter areas, chip & pin machine etc clean & sterilised.

We regularly visit the store to buy food and toys for the dog and have had an account with Vets4Pets for over 4 years now. Recently we had to make use of the fantastic care and excellent customer service from the Veterinary staff. We love great customer service and before we reached the desk we were greeted by name by the young lady at reception (bearing in mind she was busy at the time and had only seen us once before). First class staff who kept us informed at all stages and clearly set out all of the expectations before getting started. That provided me with the reassurance that they were going to take care of our dog. Piper is on the mend now and given the all clear from a recent cancer scare.
