Went in today to buy a separate cage, and get advice about my daughters hamsters that were fighting. We bought the hamsters from pets at home and set up originally in Dec 20. So today, the team were amazing. One male member of staff (can't remember his name), went above and beyond for us today, sorted us with a cage for free to help separate the hamsters and gave me some really good advice on how to deal with the situation. Usually get all my supplies from pets at home, ( I have fish, birds, hamsters and a cat) and the whole team and always super friendly and helpful! Can't thank you enough

Popped in while on holiday with our new puppy. Staff couldn't help enough it was an absolute pleasure. The lad on the till helped us sign up to their puppy plan and saved us over twenty percent on our purchases. Would like to say a big thank to him for all the information he gave and his very pleasant personality.
