Staff are really friendly and helpful, sorted me out for my new kitten with everything I needed, and with a discount as well.
Poor service 2 staff at doors 1 serving on till filling in forms a customer whilst the 2 on the door watched other customers waiting to be served. Left good and walked out not be going back poor management
