Has all you could ever need, your furiend can accompany you, and the staff are lovely and most helpful. Their app is not half bad either and it's just about better to visit the store than order online.
We aleays find what we need for our pets here, staff are always helpful and offer good advise, caters for pets well with a good choice of foods, toys and bedding as well as bathing essentials.
I shop here regularly for supplies for my British Shorthair. It's clean and well maintained, the animals look happy and their pens always look clean and tidy. They have a huge selection of specialist food for animals here and essentials that every pet needs. Staff are always friendly and helpful, i enquired about the refund policy for pet food as I was worried if my British Shorthair wouldn't like her new food. They said as long as at least half a bag full is returned for a refund, you get your money back and the food goes to cats in shelters, how nice!
