The staff are really friendly and helpful with giving advice! The store has everything for every pet need and a good range of items for a good price. It can get quite busy in the afternoons and weekends.

Excellent service here. Staff lovely. We had problem with harness we bought and the staff took so much time to get the right one for our puppy. The girl tried the harnesses available until she got the right fit etc . So patient and nice. Thank you

Vet service is great. Customer service is also really nice. I just wish they had a bigger selection of natural foods and boredom breakers for small pets.

I visit here for food, vet and groom room and the staff are always great with my dog who loves coming along to the shop. Grooming at home is difficult with him and so to bring him here where he actually likes it is much better. He always comes out looking and smelling great.
