Animals fighting, showing abnormal behaviours, not illegally overstocked but ethically overstocked. Staff wouldn't even listen to concerns having the excuse that they're young and not going to be there for a while so it's ok for them to suffer. They also say they're in good health. Maybe physically but definitely not mentally. Lacking of adequate welfare.
The groom room are very good. The girls are so nice. Caring and good at their job
Young lad called andrew was very helpful in my purchase of a hamster made sure I had everything I needed overall a good service
