Well stocked and nice staff. Too bad you stopped stocking on purina one light 3kg. It was very handy to pop in and buy it at any time we needed rather than ordering online and having to wait for the order to arrive in the store. Much appreciated the free delivery though.

Grt place to go for our furballs. Good amount of different items. Not too many of one thing. Very helpful staff with safe measures in place. Parking adequate considering other very visited store nxt to door.
I have given this company one star because of the service I received when buying shrimps asking me questions like do I own my own house etc whether I walked or drove there she refused to sell me the items I wanted and I previously had bought fish and items of them.and the lady that served me was quite abrupt and will not be going back
After booking an appointment for my dog max and decided to cancel as the price we felt was a lot for a small toy dog Maltese 50 before the book i asked if i need to cancel could i have my money back they replied yes but what they Don,t mention is that to get a refund to your card you have to go in person to the store . Now i have to take a 44 mile round trip to collect my refund . This is not right in my opinion ( Update ) after speaking with management they agreed to to repay me at my local store . still keep this in mind if you cancel a booking this apply to all stores . They need to mention this at the time of booking . This review started as a 1 star review but now upgraded to a 3 due to my problem been sorted in good time I Manged to get a refund at my local store .
