Companion care (vet) visit: Compassionate and professional as always. They're working really hard to keep their high level of care and dignity for pets and their owners, despite the current restrictions. You still cannot accompany your pet, but they do everything they can to keep your and your pet's stress levels to a minimum. Great work guys!

Very well stocked, well layed out and the cleanest pets at home store I've encountered. Great selection in the aquatics, as well as having reptiles, snakes and your usual fluffy squeaky type pets. Some staff have worked for the company for 15 years, the pride in the company and store shines through
Eliza served us today and was super helpful, patient and interested in our needs. We set up a new VIP account for the store and she talked us through the whole process and we made some good savings. Great professional service with a smile. Look forward to taking our rescue Patterdale Gino back in to meet Eliza!
I understand the covid rules etc but the staff asked my partner to wait outside when we were shopping for our new cat and when I was in the queue the cashier started to play with customers dog when at the same time her colleague came into the shop with mcdonalds bag wearing no mask! Why make my partner wait outside and myself at the till when the staff in the shop don’t follow safety guidlines themselves?
