Pets at Home Craigleith

Pets at Home is my only port of call for my beloved colony of cats!! Everything I need is available from this shop, and there is plenty of parking meaning you don't have to lug heavy bags of cat litter very far. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. It's a great shop for all your furry companion's needs!!

Not very bad experience overall but they could do some improvements. It’s not far from my house and it’s comfortable for me to get there. What I didn’t like was that for the amount of money you pay you could get more information and assistance, I felt rushed almost all the time I went there and didn’t get all the info I wanted about the procedure and my pet. It’s busy all the time and sadly you don’t get the attention you seek.

The groom Room was excellent. Actually listened to what we wanted for our dog and delivered exactly that. Good pricing and good quality service. Will certainly be going back again with no hesitation.
