Always use this Groom Room for our nervous cocker spaniel. We had a concern on his nails, so rang Consett to see they could fit him in, spoke to very friendly, professional staff ( didn't get her name ) who said we could bring him straight up. All his nails were trimmed and great advice given, put our minds at rest, and didn't even charge ! ! ! ! Now that's what I call service. Thanks so much Consett Groom Room, great service you can rely on, very much appreciated x x

Went here for fish tank lady sold .e a bigger tank better value and I've now got 2 fish my cat is sitting next to the fish tank. He loves to watch them.
My two border Collie's are becoming very fussy, but the staff are absolutely wonderful. So helpful ,friendly and patient. Thankyou to all of them,best place to go for the dog food.
Nice shop, not massive but Stocks most things, selling fish and small rodents. Has all the precautions to be covid safe.
