Staff very helpful and happy to Help. Website said item wasn't in stock but it was in store. So glad I decided to double check.

I have been shopping in pets at home coleraine for years and the staff have always been very helpful and friendly. However today I was met by probably one of the rudest girls I've ever come across in retail. She must be a new hire, as I've never seen her before. She accused me rather loudly and in front of customers and staff if jumping the queue, when in fact I was out of her sight and standing there for around 5 minutes. I confronted her about it but she was smug and hateful.

Really friendly staff in Coleraine helped me decide which food would be best for a dog with digestion issues and even took back the other bag he couldn't eat. More than I expected. Brilliant.

Where I live the staff are much more engaging with my dog. Perhaps he didn't like Daschunds? Anyway he didn't give my dog a biscuit at the till like they do at my local store. Probably won't be back anyway so hey ho.
