Seriously over priced. Masks are not required which makes it a very stressfull place to shop. If you are serious about wareing a mask like me, avoid this shop. But to be fair great selection of products and pet section. Try to support your local private pet shop if you have one rather than the big company ones.

Knowledge staff and good supplies. The fantail goldfish I bought from here is turning 3 next year, it has becomes gigantic :)
Staff had great knowledge and helped me find the right dog food to help my pug Lucy lose weight.
The entrance was clean and there was some water for my dog too. At entrance a member of staff greeted me, what i found very nice. Store was clean and fully stocked. There was nothing to complain about. Big well done to the staff, they know what customer service is. Will shop there again
I joined a queue of 15 people! Staff came along asked me what I wanted just cat litter. Jumped ahead of queue paid for it. The man put the three sacks of 90 litres in my car and I left. All done in under 10 minutes. Excellent service!
