Exceptional service by Sandy at Bromsgrove store today. Visited the store to buy my Labrador a harness. With very little knowledge about harness’s Sandy answered all the queries I had and gave me the reassurance for both me and my dog. Really helpful, friendly member of staff with fantastic customer service skills. Will definitely be visiting the store again. Thank you Sandy!!!

Great service by Jenny at Bromsgrove store today, rang to query if they had a fish tank pump in stock, she reserved the item for me for collection that day. When arrived to collect Jenny served me at the till and was really helpful and allowed me to check the contents of the box to ensure I’d got the correct item I was looking for. Really helpful pleasant lady with fantastic customer service skills- Many Thanks
Pepé is so scared to go to the vets but they always look after him and try to make it as bearable as possible for him. Would definitely recommend them for timid dogs.
