Staff there so knowledgeable. They are friendly and accomodating. It's a great place to meet all the needs of my 10 month old kittens (nearly cats now.. Wow!).

I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The main reasons I visit this store is for Companion Care which is the vet inside. Both Companion Care and Pets at home have been great on every visit but I do think the price that both offer for their products are a little on the high side.
A good pet shop. Staff are really friendly and give good customer service. Has a good bird section. The children like to look at the animals and fish.
Customer service was not the best, stood waiting to be served for over 10 minutes whilst staff on checkout loaded an app onto another customers phone! Myself and other customers had to wait whilst we watched and queue of about 10/12 customers on the other side get served quickly, they even called another staff member to help, who then proceeded to serve the other queue. Didn't even get a \sorry for the wait\ or \thanks for waiting\, not impressed.
Awesome customer service today from the lovely young ladies that work there. We took our 12wk Czech gsd puppy in to be fitted for a travel harness Safe to say he thoroughly enjoyed all the attention they gave him. I've included a pic that a member of staff had taken of Kylo.
