This was my experience there, while picking up some tropical fish and equipment for my new set-up, and I was overall very happy. I feel the lady that dealt with me was nice enough and asked me the appropriate questions in relation to the fish’s care once I got them home, to essentially check that I knew what I was doing. I really do appreciate their duty of care in this regard. It took quite a long time for me to be dealt with by a member of staff, as the store didn’t have many staff around and there was a small family of seemingly clueless customers asking lots of questions. I know that I could’ve gone to reception to ask for assistance but I was having too much fun looking at their collection of fish. Also, the distance when it comes to staff and customers was entirely understandable, considering the current epidemic. My only gripe would’ve been that I saw no member of staff wearing a mask, and no other customers but myself were wearing one. But I have seen this in almost every place of business I’ve entered, so cannot really fault this particular store. I would just ask that they were more conscious of our current state, considering that Bolton is so hard hit. The lady on reception was very friendly and easy to talk to while she cashed me up, so I left with a big smile on my face (not that she could see it) and looking forward to coming back.

I used to buy my frozen mice for my 2 corn snakes I had, always had a good deal on for multi buy, they do cater for most pets such as cats and dogs, they sell fish for big and small tanks and will not sell new fish that need to settle in, nail clipping and other grooming is done at the back of the store, very friendly staff with a huge knowledge if you should want to ask questions on any topic you may need answers to. I highly recommend this particular store.
The best Petshop! I bought some goods at your pet shop for my animals. I was so happy because your staff gave me some tips on how to take good care of my lovely pets.
Was quite cold queuing outside due to COVID restrictions but please to see they're following regulations to keep all safe. Staff were all friendly and store was well stocked.
